Office Administrator

Office Administrator Job Description

Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Office Administrator Requirements:

• High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
• 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fast learning

Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer (Male/Female) Qualifications:

Education: A good degree in Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Technical Marketing/Sales Experience of Industrial equipment, preferably generators.
Market Knowledge: Should have a clear understanding of the market and the locations of relevant industries.

Soft Skills (Key Competencies):

Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams
Active Listening: The ability to listen carefully to customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to quickly address and resolve customer issues.

Relationship-Building: The skill of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Adaptability: The capacity to adjust to new information and changing circumstances.

Empathy: The ability to understand and address the emotional needs and concerns of customers.
Negotiation: The skill of finding mutually beneficial solutions during sales discussions.

Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies for technical sales.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide detailed product information to customers.
• Support the development of proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses with technical insights.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
